Service Agreements

All HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance are subject to a separate written agreement or estimate provided prior to the commencement of work. Our 1-Year Labor Guarantee applies only to complete system installations performed by our technicians.

Limitation of Liability

PinePeak Climate Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or failure of mechanical equipment beyond our direct control.
